Who Really Needs SEO Services? Everyone!
I am often asked, "Who really needs SEO services?". I always say, everyone! We all know that big businesses need SEO services to compete and make money, but so do small businesses. If you have started your own Sarasota Lawn Services company you need to have a web site and you need to optimize it.
Can Small Businesses Really Benefit? YES- An Example...
I went to a local alterations place to have some items hemmed. The woman asked me what I did and I explained it to her. She didn't have a web site and she didn't want to spend a lot of money for a site. I set up a small site for her and optimized it. She chose the style and colors and we were done.
She is currently number one for (I don't want to say the name of our city, but you know) "Our city hemming", "Our city hemming services", "Our city hem services" and "Our city tailor services". She is also on the first page of Google for "Our city alterations", "Our city tailor", "Our city alteration services" and more.
This is a small business owned by a local woman and she told me business boomed so much she didn't know how to handle it all. Not a bad thing, right?
EVERYONE, Even My Grandmother, Is Using the Net to Search for Services and Products
You search, I search, we all search. This is why you and everyone around you needs SEO services. The problem is that everyone is suddenly realizing that they need SEO services. You need to beat your competition to the punch because once you have an established place on Google it can be hard for your competition to knock you out of your place.
For example, Michael Saunders had been #1 for "Sarasota Real Estate" and "Sarasota Waterfront Real Estate" for as long as I can remember. I really smart real estate broker in town named Marc Rasmussen decided to use SEO and see how far he could go. I have watched him for over a year and a half. I even emailed him over a year ago and told him his site was great. He has recently passed up Michael Saunders with his web site, but he had to work VERY hard to do so.
Michael Saunders has and had about 2,700 pages on her web site. Marc's site had to reach 4,700 pages before he passed her and grabbed the #1 spot on Google. He did pass her, but he had to work incredibly hard to do it and if you come into the game too late this is how hard you may need to work to pass your competition.

Sarasota is great town, but few really understand the importance of SEO. This is really a good thing for many local businesses because it means you can jump in the game and obtain a placement before most in your industry. It is currently very easy to grab the placements you want in Sarasota with the exception of those in Real Estate :-). There are ways to do it, but that is a secret ;-).
You do not have to pay $500 a month for SEO. Many companies around charge it and they don't know what they are doing...at all! Don't get ripped off. Below I am going to add some links to articles that I wrote on my nationally recognized SEO blog. The advice is free and truthful. Good luck and obtain these services affordably as soon as possible!
